Environmental Stewardship at Encore

Although often referred to as a “dirty” business, the scrap recycling industry transforms end of life products into useful raw materials for new production substantially reducing the need to mine our natural resources for new manufacture and finding new value in otherwise obsolete products.

Recycling scrap metals offers real sustainable solutions for balancing environmental stewardship and economic growth. Recycling stimulates economies, reduces natural resource consumption and gas emissions, and redirects these materials from landfills.

Encore Recycling is committed to maintaining our environmental responsibilities through all phases of the recycling process using state of the art equipment specifically designed for energy efficiency and reduced waste.
